Teresa A. Cunningham is a 1989 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania. 

She was a Staff Attorney with Legal Services of Northeastern Pennsylvania from 1990-1994, where she practiced Social Security Disability, Family and Bankruptcy law. She worked with a large Pittsburgh law firm from 1995-1999, where she was the Managing Attorney for their Social Security Disability Department. She currently focuses on Wills and Estate Documents.

Teresa is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for both the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

She has a long history of volunteering in the community, including serving on the Board of the North Pittsburgh Youth Hockey Association and as a Trustee for the Pittsburgh Figure Skating Club.
